Inaugural Exhibition

Building 21, Onkaparinga Woollen Mill, Lobethal
10.30 am - 3.30 pm, Each weekend in August
or by appointment, ring 0448 320 096.

The setting is industrial, the artworks diverse and
the welcome warm.

Each exhibitor has pieces of Onkaparinga Wool blanket  which they are re imagining as contemporary artwork. Come see what they have created. Make a day of it and visit nearby cellar doors.

Pre-eminent fibre artist, Sandy Elverd has been exploring the 'multiple threads of meaning' found in blankets for a number of years and is exhibiting some of her previous works.

Highly respected eco-dye artist, India Flint is using  botanical alchemy to transform the mundane and everyday into the magical.

Graduates of the Adelaide Central School of Art and Uni SA both feature.
